How do you make text in Roblox?

Depends on what you mean... You may be safety locked, meaning you can't speak or send messages. You have to go to Edit Profile to change that. Or, in a game (if you aren't safety locked) you press the slash button ( / ) or click the grey speech box at the bottom of the game.
