Despite their age, $100 bills dating back to the 1934 series tend not to be worth a lot more than face value. In worn condition they might retail for $105 to $110; if almost like new they could go for $135 - $140.
To explain, at that time $100 was a significant amount of money for most people (a week's earnings for many) so bills that large didn't circulate very much or get lots of wear.
