How do you change the power steering belt on a 96 Toyota Camry?

First remove the A/C / Altinator Belt Then Remove the RH wheel and unbolt the Fender apron seel (2 bolts) You should then have easy access to the bottom of the PS Pump where you can loosen the adjusting bolt (14mm) and remove the PS belt.
