Are British Queens better rulers than Kings?

In British history female monarchs seem to be better rulers, for example Elizabeth the 1 Queen Victoria Elizabeth the 2nd, queen Elizabeth has said to be one of our best monarchs, and same for queen Victoria, queen Victoria left the throne far more powerful than when she became queen, this may be because women are better listeners, or a motherly instinct comes into it, mothering her kingdom and subjects, whereas a male has been programmed to be greedy, to be power hungry, to want the most land most troop etc, take lions for example the male always wants to increase his territory, and the size of his pride, he is not concerned about his Liones's unless another male wants to move in and mate with them, it's the female who nurtures and mothers, who educates the young, this is just my theory that a female monarch is far more suited than an aggressive male, this obviously not true in everycase just my opinion, maybe that's why a king and a queen is better as their is both sides of the coin...
