Is it okay to consume coffee or tea kinda Hot drinks after morning exercise or what kinda drinks suggested after exercise?

Tea or coffee is an Excellent pre workout drink, but after your workouts, try to consume a good meal which has 20-40g of protein and equal of double the amount of carbohydrates based on your weight.

If you are working out to gain muscle - then eat 1 portion of protein with double portion of carbs.

If you are training for fat loss - eat little less or equal amount of carbs with protein
