What happened to state capitol life insurance company of Raleigh nc - can't find anything on them but have a paid up policy?

State Capital Insurance Co of Raleigh merged with Monumental Life Insurance Co 1-800-638-3080.

Please double check the name and home office. I checked with google, www.AmBest.com and North Carolina Dept. of Insurance http://www.ncdoi.com/ and can't find it.
