Does psychology help humanity

it helps because if you learn why someone is having problems or a certain dream, you can help the person. It helps the community. It creats a better place. Also, if someone's parents are going thru a divorce, the psycologist can help get over it. Why would psycology hurt humanity? Why would there be psycology if it didn't help in anyway. And it most definitely does NOT hurt humanity. Take those questions under consideration. They may help.
