A sample of a vote of thanks that you can give at a prize giving?

A normal Vote of Thanks would start with addressing the chairman/chairperson, along with some basics about organization, then thank the speaker for his/her efforts, and chances given by the organization. Finally end your thanks note by thanking the audience and leaving a compliment for chairman.
