Virgin mobile error 06-07-5000

Enter ##virgin# then the screen will change to another screen and ask you edit 10 digit MSID. Whatever number you see on the screen use backspace key on your phone to delete it and change the number to all 0's (so it will be ten 0's). You have to change 2 numbers in this way. Then your phone will be reset.
