These scam attempts come over and over again. Use your common sense: can you win in a lottery if you never bought a ticket? No. Usually, such a win notification comes to you from any anonymous freemail account and asks you for your private details. It is the first step of an identity theft. Two ways not to become a victim:
1. visit www.scamalert4u.com. They run the largest online database with email addresses of online scammers. You can check an email address there, and give you the answer in realtime. If the mail address is ot known you can report it online.
2. Do not reply on such an email.
