Are goldfish edible

Firstly, this is not a taxonomy question. Secondly, yes, goldfish are fully edible. However, as a qualified pet, domestic goldfish may not legally be eaten.
Well, technically almost everything is edible. I think it would be sad if you ate a goldfish and probably wouldn't taste very good...but I guess just like humans, gum wrappers, and license palates, goldfish are edible.
