What movie was Kathy bates in where she hit a younger girl's car and said I may be older but i have more insurance?

The movie was "Fried Green Tomatoes".

A younger girl stole the parking place that she was waiting on and when she kindly told the girl that she was there waiting first, the girl responded "Face it lady, I am younger and faster!"

So Kathy Bates loses it and rams into the back of the girl's car, then backs up and does it again and again! When the girl comes running back to her car screaming, Kathy says "Face it, I'm older and I have more insurance!"
