Average size of bathroom

I have two bathrooms with an average sizes of 100 square feet and 80 square feet . But now a days everyone prefer a bigger bathroom for spa, I think size of bathroom is irrespective most important is whether your bathroom is fully equipped or not? Does it look stylish whether it is small or large. I prefer bathroom with good vanities and tubs so that I can give an elegant look to it.
