Difficulties of Participative decision making

If you agree to take on that responsibility of making decisions then you must be prepared to accept any outcome. The difficulties are endless, but tough love seems to be where most fail. Any good parent can tell you about "sitting the bench" which means letting the chips fall where they may and hope that there will be enough pieces to put it all back together. It's hard make dicisions that affect the things and people we hold dear, but it's the responsibility of doing what's right that makes us a good leader.
