in my view, the basic tenet upon which a feasible education development plan stands is the very meaning of education. we have decide what is the reason behind planning a plan. in other Words, we have to prioritize the fundamental goals. for example, the feasibility of a plan depends upon factors such as socio-cultural compatibility, like the concept of sex education in classroom may not be appreciated everywhere. thus these are the kind of issues, so there may be n no. of factors that may affect the plan. therefore there can be no perfect answer to such a question, however my suggestion is that you should these questions: 1where am i looking to execute these plans. ;2 is there any specific problem or limitation in the current system? if yes then how will my new plan address to it.
P.S there is nothing that may be labelled FEASIBLE, WORKABLE etc., there is this natural phenomena of 'change resistance', therefore you have to struggle a bit anyways. so you have to manage the change. the problem is that we want to impose drastic changes in the span of days... it is not possible, you simply envision the change and keep on trying to implement it...
best of luck for whatever Endeavor you are at.
