Can a 60 year old female who is unemployed for 7 months apply for welfare?

Unless there were extenuating circumstances such as excessive assets, other income, etc. most people would be able to apply for welfare, who were unemployed, etc. You would need to contact the Human Resources ,or its equivalent in your state, to find out what programs are available to you.
