If you laugh too much can you spill your guts?

i am not sure that's anyone has laughed hard enough or long enough to do a serious test. why don't you give it a try.

but seriously, i don't think its possible. people say that when they are high and laugh they can't stop. and i have never heard of any of them say that their guts spilled out. if that helps at all.
