When you have your mouth wired shut?

I wouldn't advise it. A group of my friends and I had it done about 20 years ago and the wiring damaged my teeth. They didn't stop us from drinking ice cream or putting foods in the blender. One of my friends made tons of cookie dough that she shoved through her teeth. When I had to yawn, it was painful, because I couldn't open my mouth far enough. And, as Edina Monsoon of AbFab said, "My will to speak was too strong". I had them taken off in a hurry.
