What are the poorest countries in the northern hemisphere?

In the Northern Hemisphere? Haiti has got to be #1. Number Two is debatable, but I would offer Guatemala - an almost hopelessly poor country.

Actually, most of the world's poorest countries are in Africa, many of which are in the Northern Hemisphere. Haiti is 19th on the list of the 20 poorest, and there are 13 OTHERS that are north of the equator (including two that straddle it).
