The banana cream pie should keep well for two or even three days, but is really the best the day you serve it ...also keep in mind that if you didn't treat your bananas with a citrus component these are bound to turn brown and the flavor might not be the same; to prevent this just lightly brush some lemon juice over the slices and they will remain the same through the life of the banana cream pie.
