Can an inmate have a Facebook account?

I doubt it very much. Perhaps if they were REEAAALLLY good and were in low-security for a minor crime, the guards MIGHT let them use one and monitor it...

...but if you're thinking of going to jail to get some free internet, I wouldn't count on it!xD
