What is the meaning if a guy tell you he like to kiss you on your lips?

That is not a french kiss. A french kiss is when someone puts their tongue inside of your mouth .. not on your lips. Running the tongue along the other person's lips is provocative and certainly stimulating, but ... it's not a french kiss. What does it mean? He obviously likes you, but from the sounds of things I think this guy knows more than you do, so if you don't like something he does, and he's moving too fast for you or you're unsure of yourself back off and take it slow and easy.
