What age did people get killed at in the Colosseum?

There was no set age for a gladiator, it was size that mattered. A man had to have reached his full growth in heigth and had to have begun to fill out. Generally this is/was about the age of 20. No owner of a gladiatorial school would dare put a skinny teenager up against a hefty seasoned gladiator.
