What year did John Smith end his final voyage?

He went to Maine and the Massachusetts Bay the last time in 1614. He made two attempts to come back in (later) 1614 and 1615. He tried to come back but had to return to England because a storm dis-masted the ship. He tried again but he was captivated by French pirates from the coast of the Azores. He got back to England in a few weeks, though. He never left England again.
