If a nephew dies who do you send a sympathy card to?

i think you should send it to the niece but that's just my opinion it seems to me the most logical

Of course you send it to your niece. She knew her mother-in-law didn't she? She most likely loved the lady as well. You send a card to the person you know who has lost someone dear to them in death.
