What disqualifies you to get a twic card?

A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card may be disqualified if the applicant has a felony conviction related to terrorism, espionage, or certain violent crimes. Additionally, individuals with specific drug-related offenses, or those who are on a registered sex offender list, may also be ineligible. Failure to meet identity verification requirements or lacking U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency can also disqualify someone from obtaining a TWIC card.
