Is it the children's responsibility to clean the house or the parents?

Both. Parents usally clean the kitchen bathroom etc. But the kid clean thier room and any mess they made qbywhere else. Any other cleanin that kids do are chores thats the oarent decided and made rules for which can b different from house 2 house
