Will cal-fire promote a ex-felon after working as a seasonal firefighter?

Sadly California gives preference to convicts when it comes to hiring and promotions... They think it will help rehabilitate these folks. We are stuck with Arnold's stupid push for liberalism. Trust me, we know who they are and we don't give them an inch!
