How do you trim cedar spiral tree?

Make a rough cut to shape it into a cone. Observe the branches of the tree. Make cuts starting from the base all the way to the top. Step back from the tree and take a look to observe the shape. Pinch out ends of shrubs to remove unnecessary appearance.
