The reaction between dilute Nitric acid and Arsenic forms to quote from Wikipedia:

"Arsenic makes arsenic acid with concentrated nitric acid, arsenious acid with dilute nitric acid". As such, the indicated reactions are:

5 (Conc) HNO3 + As --> H3AsO4 + 5 NO2 + H2O

3 (Dilute) HNO3 + As --> H3AsO3 + 3 NO2

This reaction is very interesting as it is a rare example of the formation of nitrogen dioxide from only dilute nitric acid.
