Where to purchase off road diesel in Fortsmith or Greenwood Arkansas?

I'm not sure if the TA Travel Center in Fort Smith sells red dye off-road diesel, but you can tell them at the fuel counter that it's for non-taxable use, and they can amend your receipt to show such.
