Does the Bally's or Everlast Twist Board really work If so is it better to get one with resistance tubing?

This product is unsafe. It puts you into the perfect position for a knee injury, especially of the ACL because of all the twisting. If you have back problems, the turning motion could also cause injury or pain. Also, the base is not very large, making falls especially easy. If you have problems with balancing, this product is dangerous. So I would not recommend buying one.
