What was the doctor Called in ancient dalek language?

The Doctor was called the Ka Faraq Gatri, or "Destroyer of Worlds"/"Bringer of Darkness", by the Daleks as early as his second self.

Both the Daleks and the Draconians referred to him as "The Oncoming Storm", as well.

"Asylum of the Daleks" also had them calling him "The Predator".
