What does that mean if a guy just wants to mess with your feelings?

Well depends on his personality. If he is shy he might just say hi in the hallways or if he is out there he might mess with you. In my experience most of the guys have been bold so they kind of messed with me a little but complimented me and tried to help me a lot.
