That is an Excellent question although it is easy to answer. The answer sadly is no because you need to look at what shivering is. When you shiver you are increasing muscle movement which stimulates blood flow to the area. This increased blood flow results in more heat since we are warmblooded and heat is produced in our core. Cold-blooded animals on the other hand would gain nothing from shivering except to waste energy pumping extra blood to an unneeded area.
According to Wikipedia, pythons sometimes shiver, even though they are cold-blooded animals.
