Can you highlight your hair two days in a row but in different spots where you didn't highlight?

There is a chemical breakdown of your hair every time you highlight it. When you bleach your hair (which is necessary to remove pigment-make your hair lighter) you dry it out and make it less stable because you are removing melatonin and pigment. It also makes your hair much more susceptible to abuse from heat and styling implements. Your hair needs a minimum of 4 days between chemical services, more if you have had a decolorizing or permanent curl treatment.
