Can you take ciprofloxacin and clindamycin together?

I'm taking them right now for a chronic dental/sinus infection. So far, they seem to work best compared to all classes of antibiotics...that coming from one who has tried all sorts of antibiotics, including the big gun such as IV vancomycin.
