Honda civic A/C belt replacement
If it is the 1.6L 4cyl that is on the 1998 civic cx then this is what I did.
1. jack up car and support it with jack stands, lower the jack so that the car rest on the stands
2. take off the top pulley that the Power Steering belt goes around, so you have a clear view of the pulleys, right next to the motor you will see a small pulley-idler tension pulley,i think that is what it is called, loosen the screw in the center of the pulley, next screw down on the screw next to the motor so that the pulley goes down,
3. now jack up the motor so that the weight is just off of the motor mount and unscrew the motor mount, lower the jack just enough to make clearance for the top of the belt and slide it over the motor mount,
4. put the screws back into the motor mount and tighten,
5. put the belt over the pulleys and screw the pulley back up to tighten the belt then tighten the screw in the middle of that pulley back.
6. now put the power steering pump back on and put the belt back on and retighten the power steering pump using a half inch rachet or pull bar to tighten the belt.
