How do you relocate a mockingbird nest?

Pet cats should remain indoors at all times. You might be able to relocate this one nest, but unless you never leave your cat unsupervised, he is bound to find and kill other birds. Cats are responsible for the deaths of billions of birds per year. (Yes, that's billions with a B!) This can be very problematic for certain bird species that are in danger of becoming extinct.
