What episode of charmed does phoebe have her baby?

Pheobe never actually has her baby in the series, she has several premonitions of a daughter but you never actually get to see it play out. You do get to see all of their families in the very last episode of Season 8 in kind of a monologue each of them do while writing their stories in the Book of Shadows......
