Which is the worst nation in the world?

There are many candidates, many big imperialist nations have been genocidal to unbelievable levels (British, Spanish, Americans), from WWII we know that Germans, and especially Austrians are extremely vile (but not as vile as Croatians, who were champions of barbarity for centuries, and their Ustashe nazi collaborators killed hundreds of thousands of people with cruelty that surpasses anything that happened in Holocaust). If you count lack of meaningful contributions to society, than there are a few nations to look to, but if you look at a combination, perhaps the worst nation in the world is Albania.

Albania is for at least 100 years the most backward part of Europe. It is also center of drug smuggling, people and organ trafficking, and has the most primitively barbaric mafia on the continent. Barbarity, terrorism (many Muslim Albanians are linked to Al-Qaeda) and lack of contributions to humanity mark them as truly the lowest scum that walks the Earth.
