My 55 Chrysler outboard is running on one cylinder I am only getting spark to one coil. I checked non spark coil and plug by changing with firing cylinders coil and plug and ran the same. Any idea?

Hello, I had the same trouble with my 55 Chrysler. The motor had sat for 2 years prior to me buying it. Ichecked, and had power at the both coils, just one was not trigering. I tracked it to the points not snaping closed properly. I cleaned them up, and reset them and got the spark back. Good luck.
