What is 'hunter's moon' when translated from English to Italian?

In Italy isn't present such a naming convention, it's just a full moon happening in October. Some people in 2006 tried to import the naming, but they failed. Should you wish to translate it anyhow it literally becomes "La Luna del cacciatore", but to be understood you have better go for a more descriptive "La prima Luna piena di ottobre"
