How do you propose a girl for love who is blind deaf and dumb without touching her?

I agree Love is not a Proposal but Love is to be felt, But for this question it has to be indicated because the girl thinks no one can love her ....

A boy who loves such a girl will also know her condition & would be defiantly close to her and if he wants to propose what he needs to do is.....

Take the girl alone to a place were she can feel happy & Pleasant (logic: girl comes with him if she already knows him & trusts him only)

When she is absolutely enjoying the Place Give her for the first time A ROSE or A Aromatic Bouquet (logic she can smell and guess whats the feeling of the boy towards her)

Accepting or Rejecting is in the hands of the girl but if the boy has to express how he loves to this girl then i think this would be the best way forward.
