Does seaweed help dilate you in pregnancy?

I don't know about seaweed, but when the doctor gave the ok for all 3 of my little ones, I walked like crazy.... I couldn't wait to see them..... and I know that works, plus the labour goes much smoother, and you are physically fit for the actual pushing part.
