Where do you get the fishing rod?

Go to Welling Village and talk to Elliot. Elliot has been fighting with his girlfriend, Yuna. She happened to send him a white rose and he does not know what it means. Tell him you'll find out for him. Go to talk to Yuna (Near the welling Viallges leader's house or near the fire) Yuna will tell you what colors of flowers mean to the person you give them to. Now go back to Elliot and speak to him again. He will Thank you for letting him know. He will then award you with a fishing rod. =]
