Writing an ending to a debate speech is not that different from writing a conclusion paragraph on a persuasive essay. Start off with summarizing your points that you made in the speech, focusing on why these points are valid and why you should win the debate. Then wrap it up with a powerful statement if you are appealing to a general audience (i.e. "Could you just stand by and watch him die?" but maybe a little less dramatic. Or, if in a competition before judges or a teacher close with a simple "This is why you should vote for the (pro or con) position. Thank you." Never forget the thank you. it makes the debater seem more mature and respectful which will sit well with your audience.

Hope this helped :)
