How can a skinny 14 year old build muscle fast Im 14 been working out for a few months but not seeing any huge progress I weigh 133pounds and I am 6ft tall but i want to get a lot bigger help?

Squats... A stupid answer . Start a high calorie diet and eat double what you eat now, go to the gym and work double increasing in weight each time . A few good foods are mashed potatoes and chicken and lots of fish
