What bike is better the Yamaha r6 or the Yamaha r6s?

In 2006 Yamaha redesigned the R6 and narrowed the gap even further between the race and street versions of the bike. While the more aggressive riding position and high RPM power increase attracted track enthusiasts and sport bike purists, the prior year design still had a loyal fan-base. Yamaha decided to the re-badge the prior generation and continue making it as the R6s. The R6s has a more relaxed rake, slightly higher bar position, and better lower RPM power. This makes it a desirable bike for many consumers who will ride it primarily on the street. So which one is better depends on your tastes and the application. An R6 of the same year will outperform an R6s on the track and has a higher top speed. The R6s will be more comfortable to ride and will outperform an R6 on city streets.
