How do you become a Charmed witch?

Is it possible to become a charmed witch? Like save the innocent? Like have Premanitions at least...like not orb, but hand motion stuff?? To me, I highly doubt that it is possible.... It's not possible. It is possible to practice Wicca, but the powers like premonitions, freezing time, and telekenesis don't exist.
